AAA-MidAtlantic
We delivered a custom half-day media training session to officials from AAA Mid-Atlantic at their annual retreat, which covered message development, on-camera presentations and crisis management.

East Timor Program, George Washington University
We delivered a message development workshop to a delegation from East Timor. This session was sponsored by the Institute on American Constitutional Government & U.S. Foreign Policy, with support from the U.S. Department of State, the Elliott School of International Affairs and the Asia Foundation at George Washington University.

Environmental Protection Agency
We delivered a custom half-day session on message development. In addition, we identified a core issue for the team and did an interactive session to test and develop a message appropriate to this subject.

Committee on House Administration, Democratic Staff, USHR
We led a two-year project to provide professional development on Web site best practices to Capitol Hill staffers. We provided targeted briefings with actionable recommendations to Chiefs of Staff, Press Secretaries and System Administrators on Web site performance and standards.

Federal Communications Commission
We delivered a custom-built media training session at an onsite meeting for the Web content management staff at the FCC. The session included two complementary tracks covering evaluation and governance, with a goal of bringing the organization up to speed on OMB Guidelines for Web Managers.

National Committee on U.S. China Relations
We provided on-camera media training to a group of about 20 scholars participating in a Washington, D.C. trip. The participants were all college professors who expect to have active careers in the field that include commenting to the media and forums about their expertise.

US Census Bureau
We delivered custom media training sessions to Census Bureau employees engaged for the 2004 Census Test. The on-camera practice sessions were delivered with on the spot and follow-up written critiques of the strengths and weaknesses of each presenter.

Voice of America
We worked with a delegation from Eastern Europe to relay best practices in public sector communications, which included on site visits with experts on Capitol Hill.
